in case of delays due to stock breach, GlOBAL RELAX will inform the Customer of the fact itself, as well as the new deadlines.
The term in the custom delivery services "Advance Delivery" and "Premium Delivery" will range from 1 - 15 working days.
The term will depend on the date and time of delivery that the Customer agrees with Global Relax and the programming and service needs of our Logistics Department.
the Global Relax Customer Service Department will always contact the Customer, at least 24 hours in advance, to agree on the exact date and time of delivery.
